In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Einstein's General Theory of Relativity in which Gravitational Waves were predicted, Bob will explain why these waves are important how they were detected earlier this year.

Patricia Tribe     Using space to teach
Patricia was immersed in the space program and education during her time as Director of Education at Space Center Houston and Branch Chief of Education at NASA Johnson Space Center. 
She currently has educational science payloads orbiting the Earth onboard the International Space Station.
Think about something you have learned in school, only to find out later it was incorrect.... Bring that thought with you!
